Before You Call: SP specializes in homes built from 1950 and older. We primarily service Minneapolis and St. Paul historic neighborhoods. There are exceptions. If you’re not sure if we’re a fit, start by emailing the age of your home, the type and material of the windows or trim, providing as much detail as possible and we can let you know if we’re a fit.
